Kate’s passion for Pilates started 10 years ago when she quickly noticed the benefits and changes it made in her own body.

From competitive swimming to animal training she’s always led a physically active lifestyle, and she enjoys learning how to push the body’s limits and boundaries through exercise.

Kate believes Pilates is a great outlet to release energy, condition the body, and gain a sense of empowerment and strength. Kate loves teaching and is passionate about educating each client about the potential of their own body.

She strives to share her love and enjoyment of Pilates with her clients by helping them understand that Pilates isn’t just a workout, it’s a way of life!
