Private sessions are the best way to accelerate your learning and get most out of your training. Regardless of your age or fitness level, our knowledgeable instructors work with you to cultivate a personalized program based on your goals, issues or injuries. We will work with you to create and maintain a successful personal practice — for fitness enhancement, rehabilitation from injury, and/or pre- & postpartum conditioning.
If you have a friend or partner that you would like to work with and still receive the benefits of privates sessions, we can accommodate you in a duet session, while still addressing your needs with custom tailored program design.
