Best pilates studio in San Diego! The atmosphere is always lively and motivating. The instructors are energetic, knowledgeable, and ATTENTIVE. I love that the studio is latina-owned, it makes me feel more comfortable and included. Definitely recommend over the big chain studios.

Every instructor is very knowledgeable of body functions and muscles.

I love them all.

This was a great class. My core is pretty strong and I was pushed to my limit. The instructor taught us a more advanced move by having us work up to it step-by-step, so it wasn’t overwhelming and anyone could remain at their comfort level. She provided helpful guidance on form.
